The next meeting of the Special Magistrate Rental Program will be at 9 a.m. Tuesday, June 27, in the Commission Chambers at City Hall. There are 13 compliance cases on the agenda, which is online at https://tinyurl.com/dh83uw6k. The cases include properties not having a rental license or operating in a zone not permitted for short-term rentals. The city’s rental program requires a license for properties with four or less units per parcel, with the license expiring Sept. 30 each year.
