We are dedicated to keeping our office space a clean environment to ensure our staff and clients remain healthy.

We are increasing our cleaning throughout the day and after every closing. And limiting the amount of contact people have with items and others around our office.

We are asking anyone that enters our office to please wash their hands when entering and leaving.

To keep possible exposure to a minimum we are only allowing those that are needed to sign documents in our conference room as well as our waiting room.

If you would like to close outdoors we are able to accommodate that request as well.

We are also working with 50% of staff in the office and 50% working remotely.

We are dedicated to close your real estate transaction as long as we are able.

Remote Online Notarization is an option but because the state just passed the law in January the companies that perform this service are overwhelmed and getting an appointment is harder to get then we would like.
