What started with a referral became a home unlike any other in Mosaic.

After seeing the experience his sister had building with ICI Homes, this buyer came to us with a few ideas that felt almost impossible. We accepted the challenge.

By reworking the floor plan, our in-house design team expanded the living room from 18 feet to nearly 30 feet without adding extra living square footage. A relocated pantry, 12-foot island, floating beams, statement windows, and a custom-designed pool created the open, impressive home he envisioned.
