"One of my greatest joys was witnessing the increase in production of the individuals I worked with," Patrick fondly recalls. In 2019, after six successful years with Coldwell Banker, Patrick was recruited to join an elite, state-of-the-art firm, becoming a regional sales manager for an affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate. His leadership was pivotal in the firm’s rapid expansion from 2 to 5 office locations within a year, and he played a crucial role in recruiting top-tier agents specializing in the multi-million-dollar market. The pandemic of 2020 marked a turning point. As Christie’s International affiliate office ceased operations, Patrick seized the opportunity to launch his own Real Estate Consulting Business in Roanoke, Virginia. There, he excelled as a business strategist, working with boutique real estate offices and individuals to develop plans that enhanced their goals, targets, and profitability. In 2022, Patrick returned to his home state of Florida and joined Oceans Luxury Realty, a multifaceted company encompassing vacation rentals, property management, cleaning, maintenance, and luxury real estate services. His exceptional skills quickly caught the attention of Patrick Sullivan, an entrepreneur with diverse interests in brokerage, building, contracting, investments, and financing. Recruited as the Operations Manager, Patrick now oversees the growth and development of over five companies under Sullivan's umbrella.
