Bad news: my car decided to stop accelerating on the highway on my way home for a showing

Good news: while waiting for a tow truck I got an accepted offer and was able to send documents over to the lender to start processing everything before going home

Takeaways:
1. Get AAA if you don’t already have it
2. Work with local lenders that are willing to get the job done even if it means working a little later than normal

Thankful I am able to do this job from pretty much anywhere

• Average days on market: 15 days

💡 What this means:
Low inventory and quick sales continue to define our local market. Well priced homes are still moving fast, and buyers need to be prepared when the right property comes along.
