Help! Good/Kind Homes Needed!! Can you help?? With heavy hearts the owners of these beautiful, sweet beloved trio must re-home due to circumstance beyond their control. They are so loving, gentle and sweet! Caspian is super affectionate, silly and loves lots of attention. Shasta is a gentle laid back giant, very affectionate also. Jedha is more independent but loves to be scratched on her back. None of them have ever bitten or been aggressive. They are all declawed and fixed. Shasta and Caspian still love to wrestle and roll around with each other. All are spayed and declawed. Caspian and Shasta are Jetta’s babies. They look to be part main c**n? and are bigger cats. They would love to stay together but the family knows it may not be possible. Do you know anyone looking for a well behaved loving cat/ cats?? Please message me if so! July Market Update | Northeast Wisconsin 📊

The Northeast Wisconsin housing market continues to show steady growth and strong buyer activity! 📈

Compared to this time last year, the median sale price is up 4.45% to $330,000, while closed sales are up 14%. That’s a good sign that buyers are still active and homes are moving! 🔑🏠

Looking at Outagamie and Brown Counties, inventory remains relatively limited, with homes averaging 2.8-3.4 months of inventory and selling in about 39-49 days on average.

For sellers, demand remains strong. For buyers, there are opportunities, but being prepared and having a solid strategy is still important.

A beautiful wooded spot with a waterfall, limestone formations, and a short trail that packs a lot of scenery into one hike.

🥾1000 Islands Environmental Center | Kaukauna
Scenic trails along the Fox River with plenty of opportunities to enjoy the trees, water, and wildlife.

The biggest shift I’m seeing? We’re moving away from homes that feel sterile and “perfect” and toward spaces that feel warm, layered, collected and lived-in. And I’m here for it.

OUT:
• All white + cool gray
• Sterile minimalism
• Matte black everywhere
• Matchy-matchy furniture
• Overly nautical coastal
• Huge, undefined open spaces

IN:
• Warm neutrals, sage + jewel tones
• Rich wood tones
• Mixed metals
• Natural textures
• Lamps, sconces + statement lighting
• Defined, cozy spaces
• Eclectic + transitional styles
• Organic coastal

And if your house is currently white, gray or filled with matte black fixtures, you don’t need to remodel your entire house! 😅 Bring in a warm area rug. Add plants. Change your pillows, bring in some color and pattern. Introduce wood tones. Hang art. Add texture. Swap a light fixture. Paint a room.
2026 is less about following ONE design style and more about creating a home that feels collected, comfortable and personal.

The tornado isn’t yesterday’s news for everyone. For families still displaced, navigating insurance, figuring out whether their home can be repaired, or simply deciding what comes next, recovery is just beginning. ❤️‍🩹

I had the opportunity to help with cleanup after the July 27 tornado, and being there firsthand was a powerful reminder that home is so much more than a house. It’s your neighbors, your community, and the people who show up when everything suddenly changes.

The Fox Valley has shown up in incredible ways; Neighbors helping neighbors, first responders working tirelessly, volunteers clearing debris, and local businesses and organizations stepping forward with support.

The initial cleanup may be winding down, but for many families, the real work is just beginning. This is our community. And I hope we continue showing up long after the news cameras are gone. 🤍
