3 months ago, this guy crashed the KW Honors Gala, found me in the crowd after I just got off stage from an entire night of presenting and laughing with the crowd, insisted on a picture, and told me he needed me to sell his house. A room full of Realtors and he randomly picked me! Just kidding I've know him forever haha!

But flash forward and I met with him on a Monday, had photos on Thursday, listed his house on Friday, and it was under contract on Tuesday, with several very competitive, over asking offers.

Korey, it's been a pleasure, it's been a lot of fun, and we've laughed, joked, and been serious along the way, but THANK YOU, for choosing me to see you through to the closing table. It could not be more of an honor that you trusted me to help you through the process. You are a forever friend, and I fully intend on my promise to get together for dinner with you and your better half one day soon to celebrate your next chapter!

And to the buyers, congratulations. It gives me nothing but a purely warm heart, to see a US Veteran plant his roots with home ownership on American soil. Thank you again today and every day for your service.

This one hits me in the feels again! Another one that’s personal. Seeing a newlywed couple, and someone who used to work for me years ago go through their journey to home ownership, is one of the most rewarding experiences ever!

Congratulations to my buyers on your accepted offer! On to the closing table to write another happy ending to your first home together as newlyweds, and the beginning to many chapters to follow!

(Contingency… the realtor lives only a walking distance away. 2 miles is walking right? I’ll be there around a fire pit celebrating this closing!)

A little over a week ago I had the privilege of seeing a long time friend through the process that started with asking me about a house while I was in a salon chair getting transformed into MC for our KW Honors Gala, to accompanying him & his girlfriend to their first showing, guiding them & her son through several showings, to finding their dream home, and moving onward to the closing table.

These right here are the moments that make make my job worth it all. Helping a friend and his new family through the process, and assuring, guiding, reassuring, advising, and working through a pile of the "what if's" of home ownership; it's ALL worth every minute.

To Chris & Kate; I adore you. And THANK YOU,. Thank you for trusting me, and choosing me to help you through this process to starting your new chapter. I could not be more honored to show you every house, answer every question, write every offer, maybe tease you along the way, have fun, laugh, maybe talk passionately here and there, and get you through one of the biggest decisions of your lives. It's 100% always worth it to use any knowledge I've picked up in the last 12 years to help you in your journey to home ownership, and starting your new chapter.

From coworkers, to being your boss, to mentoring you and helping you replace me and be better than I was or could have been at the big blue box, to friends along the way, and now guide & watch you start your journey in owning a home, it's all been a privilege.
