The sun is setting on Carriage Houses. Established in August of 2011, 15 years later we are finishing our 15th and last building of garages. Over 250 individually owned garages of various sizes, uses, and decor. All in a truly wonderful community of garage owners. Over the years these garages have tripled in value, making them unbelievably wonderful investments. That said, they remain very difficult to attain because once you own one, you don’t want to let it go. Many owners have multiple garages.

Bill Brown has been our broker for selling our new garages and many owners use his services and expertise when they decide to sell their garage(s).

In the last few years, Bill has had to keep a list of those wanting a garage. When one becomes available, he notifies everyone on the list. It is not uncommon for the garage that becomes available is sold in less than 24hours. In some cases, just a couple hours.

We are currently less than two months from closing on our last garages.

Now for some exciting news.
We had a buyer that had a contract on a new garage, however, is unable to proceed. Therefore, we now have two garages immediately available for purchase. These garages can be move in ready in less than two months. They are just waiting for their new buyer to define their preferred electrical needs/desires.

Thankful! Over 17 acres, approaching 270 garages, and the best Garage Condo Community in KC, we pause to thank God and all the wonderful people we have shared and worked with for almost 16 years now.

We have only one more building, with 8 garages, to build and complete the project (anticipating January of 2026).

New building going FAST!!! Not only is this probably the fastest build in our 13 years, but it is our nicest, most exciting building to date!

Each garage has a patio and HVAC capability. But there are very few available.

This building will be sold out soon!

The next building is not scheduled to be available until 2026.

That will be our last building and have only 10 garages.

Time and opportunity is running out to become a Carriage House garage owner.

Our newest building was released and 4 of 10 garages sold in less than 24 hours.

Only 6 left.

Construction on these garages begins in August. Completion early 2025.

Only one building of 10 garages remain after this building. Therefore, only 16 garages remain for the entire Carriage House Complex.

The last 10 garages won’t be released for sales until this time next year.

It’s been a very exciting year with good reason to expect the same for next year.

SHOW CANCELED…..
I can’t begin to tell you how upset and disappointed we are to have to cancel this event!

However, our first priority is the safety of everyone attending!

Over the last several days it appears the weather has focused in on our show time like it is the target.

Once the threat of severe weather, with Large Hail, we realized canceling is the right decision.

We apologize because we know how much everyone was looking forward to this show, and it breaks our hearts to cancel, but seems to be the best decision at this time.

Please help us get the word out!
