Successfully marking another one sold. This 4 bedroom home on an acre of land got multiple offers and we negotiated a great deal for my seller & for the buyer. Keeping both parties happy is the goal. The seller walked away today with a little more money than expected & the buyer brought less than $400 to closing. It was a win win!!
