As your agent, I will negotiate throughout the entire transaction and keep you up to speed on the dates and deadlines to make sure you close on time. Not only will I work with you to understand exactly what you are looking for in a home, I will also find homes to show, schedule showings, plan out the best routes, talk to the listing agents, and find out everything I can about the homes that we are
seeing. I help schedule the inspection and negotiate any repairs or credits, as well as find contractors to look into a potential issue if need be. I communicate with your lender, the appraiser, the home inspector, the other agent, the home insurance company, AND on top of it all I handle all of the paperwork (which is a ton)!
