Michigan REALTOR® reportedly under investigation after multiple reports of:
☑️ telling sellers the truth even when it’s uncomfortable
☑️ talking buyers OUT of bad decisions
☑️ checking permits, roofs, flood zones, HOA drama, and insurance history like she’s building a criminal case file
☑️ getting emotionally attached to Her Clients, treating them like family
☑️ refusing to play “just show us houses” without a strategy first
☑️ becoming aggressively protective of her clients during negotiations 👀

Witnesses say the situation escalated after another agent allegedly said:
“Your buyers ask too many questions.”

Sources confirm Stacy responded:
“Correct. That’s how people avoid expensive mistakes.” 🛠️💸

Around Wayne County, she’s now being described as:
“a little too honest,”
“weirdly invested,”
