Closing #2 of the day. 🎉

After relocating from Colorado, these amazing people battled the Livonia housing market for months.

We saw some beautiful homes, some downright nasty ones, some fireplaces that looked like a portal to hell, and enough wallpaper to cover the entire city. No matter where we went, you can bet it was a great time filled with laughs, tons of jokes and some big home remodeling plans.

I’ll admit, I got a little sad when their offer got accepted.

Good thing I know where they live. ❤️

There’s something especially meaningful about getting a call from an old friend asking you to help with the sale of a home. But when it’s the home of a late parent, it holds so much more weight.

Moments like these don’t get a “congratulations” at closing.

Watching how they worked together through such a difficult and emotional time was a beautiful thing to witness.

Wishing this beautiful family healing, and peace as they close this chapter.

I truly love what I do, especially when it means showing up for my family and friends during some of life’s hardest moments. It’s an honor to be trusted—not just for the transaction, but for the support along the way.

Selling a parent’s home after they’ve passed brings a mix of emotions that’s hard to put into words. It’s something many of us will face at some point, and it’s never easy.
