Not all closings are happy ones. ❤️

This one is a little bittersweet. Somewhere between listing her home and getting to the closing table, my seller became my friend. And while I’m so excited for the new chapter ahead of her, I’m also a little sad that it’s taking her away.

Real estate is so much more than buying and selling houses. It’s the people you meet, the relationships you build, and the friendships you never expected.

Almost every closing marks the beginning of a new chapter, and I can’t wait to see what this next one has in store for her. ❤️🏡

Sometimes, everything just falls into place. ❤️🏡

Corey and I have been on quite the journey finding him a place to call home. We’ve had a few accepted offers, some crazy sellers, and our fair share of bad inspections along the way.

Somewhere in the middle of all that, Corey trusted me enough to refer me to his sister.

And wouldn’t you know it? The very day we closed on her house, Corey and I had a showing scheduled just EIGHT houses down the street!

Well, today we made it official! 🔑

And the best part? Corey didn’t just find the one when it came to his house. He also got engaged to his beautiful fiancée! 💍❤️

I’d say he found “the one” in more ways than one!

After all the twists and turns, he’s got a new home, a future wife, and his sister just a few houses down.

And just like that, one lucky block inherited the coolest family!

Congratulations, Corey! Some things really are worth the wait. ❤️

Yesterday was magic. 🍂🤎 Perfect weather, great people, and nothing but smiles at Three Cedars Farm.
