Full time experienced apartment maintenance supervisor for apartment community in Dearborn Heights, MI.

All applicants must have a valid driver's license.

Maintenance supervisor must have prior experience in supervising a small staff, know basic electrical & plumbing, on call emergency pager, snow removal, drywall repair, painting, trouble shooting, etc. Need a team player and someone who is dependable and organized. Must be HVAC certified. Must have strong communication skills and the ability to work well with the manager. Able to schedule contractors and place supply orders with local vendors. Must live within 15-20 minutes of property.
