I am looking for people with experience remodeling homes, preferably people who have done total remodels and can do everything. The house is in Taylor and is going to be a complete renovation but it is relatively easy, cosmetic work. I have my normal guys that work for me but I am in a time crunch so I will have to bring more guys in for particular jobs.

You must have several years experience in home remodeling and be able to provide pics of your work. You must also be okay with other people working in the house since like I said, I am in a time crunch.

I will respond to people next week. If someone is tagged and they don’t reach out to me, I won’t reach out to them so only tag people who may be interested.

Some piping needs to be reconnected. New baseboard enclosures need to be installed. Also need to convert some old cast iron radiators to baseboard.

Need someone who can do a complete bathroom remodel: demo, installing new floor and wall tile, installing faucet and toilet, etc and also take care of all plumbing for the bathroom and repair plumbing leaks in the house.

Need a couple of GFCIs grounded properly, a new GFCI put in the bathroom, some 3 prongs converted to 2 prongs and light fixtures installed. Quick and sample but the city wants a licensed electrician to pull a permit and do the work.

Need a small porch built. I need someone who can write a plot plan for the city and then build to their specs. It’s a small area. I will send a pic to anyone else who is interested.
