I do this. Anyone else? 😂😅it is important to declutter a bit before listing your house. ALSO! Do a quick run through and clean up before a showing. Let your realtor know how much time is needed before each showing so that can be put on the listing for other agents to see. Because it can be awkward when you go into a home and there is bananas going bad on the dining table and it is a massive mess. (Speaking from experience when I was looking for my house)give yourself ample time to be able to do the showing check list with your family.
