Meet Eric Fowler, a dedicated REALTOR® who is passionate about helping clients navigate the buying and selling process with confidence. Known for his strong communication and commitment to service, Eric ensures every client feels informed, supported, and empowered every step of the way.

In December 2025, Eric stepped into an expanded role as Director of Technology & Systems for MarMac Real Estate. In this position, he plays a key role in strengthening the tools, systems, and technology that support agents across the company—enhancing the experience for both agents and clients alike.

Eric’s leadership extends beyond the office. He serves on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity of Morgan County, is a Board Member of the Morgan County Association of REALTORS®, and is actively involved with the local Chamber of Commerce—supporting initiatives that help grow and strengthen the community.

He also holds the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification, equipping him with valuable expertise in pricing, negotiation, and market analysis.

Eric believes real estate is built on relationships, trust, and service. Whether working with buyers or sellers, he is committed to delivering a smooth, informed, and successful experience from start to finish. 🏡✨
