One of the methods I teach is how to make a s**t ton of cash without using your own money. A double closing is when you buy and sell a property without cash. These two mentees & have broken a new monthly profit record for whole selling in my 1 on 1 mentorship program! They made $100,000 in 1 month with no money out of their own pockets!!

Congrats to ! He is in my non-profit TopFundProject Program for teaching teens the art of Real Estate Investing and he went above and beyond! We went took the course to be a Real Estate Agent and passed!

Even though you donโ€™t need your license to be an investor I always preach why leave money on the table!

He is only 18 but about to be a realtor and investor! I am so proud of him and the other teens in the program. Congrats ! Iโ€™m looking forward to all the greatness to come!

4 years ago today I made one of the most important and best decisions of my life. I married you !

I use to borrow money from this woman while I was building the business. She been rocking with me 10 years strong. She helped me be the man I am today. She was there when I didnโ€™t have it. Iโ€™m so blessed to have such a kind loving wife and amazing mother to our son! My day one.
