As a long term rental, we'd get maybe $1800 for this house for the entire month.

As a coliving house, it brings in over $6k in earnings (that's our money after all padsplit fees).

Attending Atlanta’s Affordable Housing Week has been incredibly inspiring! This morning, Mayor Dickens shared impressive progress in making Atlanta a city of opportunity for all. Since February, nearly 100 projects have been approved, delivering 1,000 new units—and that’s just the beginning.

In the past three years, Atlanta has delivered 6,000 affordable housing units, with another 4,000 currently under construction. This is a vital step forward as we work toward an inclusive and sustainable future for our city, where everyone has a place to call home.
