📊 Tucker Market Update | June 2026

Tucker’s days on market has stabilized around 50–54 days this spring — a far cry from the frenzied 2–3 week turnarounds we saw a couple years ago.

What does that mean for you?

🏡 Buyers — you have time to think. No need to waive everything on Day 1.
🔑 Sellers — overpriced homes are sitting. Pricing strategy is everything right now.

Questions about what this means for your home or your search? I’m always happy to chat.

COme stop by my open house today from 2-4. This house is in a convenient location located in Tucker/Northlake area. Lakeside school district. This is a beauty and its all about location, location, location. Nice big bedrooms and the primary closet and bathroom are super spacious! Laundry room is close to all three bedrooms which is always a huge bonus in my opinion. Swing by and say hey!

Total was Keller Williams RED DAY! We volunteered at Legacy Park and the team was amazing! Lots of mulch was shoveled, others painted houses, planted shrubs, and built chairs and trellises from scratch. What a beautiful day giving back to the community.

Can anyone guess what this is? I have never seen this before today when looking at a house a client wants to buy. Learning every day!

Vintage for sure!
