Celebrating one year as a Realtor with Park Realty LLC! This past year I have been able to help 10 families find HOME in and around Atlanta and I've learned so much!
I've gotten to serve our community at the Glennwood Fall Festival, Back to School Popsicles, DHS Athletics and at Decatur Performs with our wonderful Team Decatur with John Morgan, Realtor and Andrea Leonard Morgan.
I've also been able to witness my sweet Izzy be awarded a college scholarship through the Atlanta Realtors Association!

As a Realtor, I have a list of vendors I recommend for home maintenance. One of these vendors is Ned's Home. Recently we had our gutters replaced and used their services. They were fantastic, timely, did quality work and probably the most important to me....communicative and honest. They gave me a code to share with all of you for $50 off any service. Their services cover the entire exterior of the home: pest control, lawn care, pressure washing, window cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, gutters, etc! "How's the market?"
The Median Sales Price climbed by three percent to $360,000, while the Average Sales Price saw a slightly higher increase of five percent, reaching $439,492. Columbus and Savannah posted the largest increases in Median prices year over year, with Columbus posting an 8.4 percent increase ($195,000) and Savannah posting a 6.8 percent increase ($363,000).

Both Pending and Closed Sales were flat, posting only a half percent and one-third percent increase respectively.

New Listings hit a five-year high, reaching 193,260, which was an increase of 16 percent year over year. Inventory levels averaged 3.5 months for New Construction and 3.4 months for Existing Homes. While this is an improvement over recent years, low inventory remains a challenge for buyers statewide.
