Happy National Rubber Ducky & Sticker Day! 🦆

Look, your childhood rubber ducky probably passed every bathtub inspection with flying colors. Zero structural issues, excellent buoyancy, squeaked on command—that little guy was basically the Ritz-Carlton of bath toys.
Meanwhile, I'm over here showing homes with soaking tubs deep enough to require a lifeguard, walk-in showers that could double as a car wash, and bathrooms so spa-like you'll forget you're technically still in Georgia.
And sure, we're celebrating stickers today, but let's be honest—the only sticker that really matters is the "SOLD" one. (Though I'll accept "PENDING" as a close second. I'm not a monster.)

Nearly three decades back, Todd proclaimed, "If you make dinner, I’ll handle the cleanup." After just two meals, 35 spatulas staged a kitchen mutiny, 15 measuring cups threw a party, 13 big bowls joined in the chaos, 12 measuring spoons turned into ninjas, and 11 pots and pans decided to have a dance-off, all for a single dish each time. Todd finally sighed and declared, "I must’ve picked the wrong side of the sink. If you’re the chef, you’re also the janitor!"

The snapshot here is of the sauce for my pumpkin ravioli (which, let’s be honest, came from the freezer aisle) and it only took me 4 ingredients! I’m starting to wonder if he might have a point. 😂
