Received this chart from Chris Carney, Senior Loan Officer this morning. This Freddie Mac published chart of historical mortgage rates is a great illustration of where "normal" should be. While we all may long for the great rates of the COVID years, it is very likely that we will never see them again. And for some of us who have been around since the 1980s and early 90s, we are blessed to NOT have those rates with us today!
