This beautiful property had been sitting on the market for months with no success. Three months ago, the owner trusted me to step in, refresh the listing, and create a completely new marketing strategy.

Fast forward after 2 months in the middle of winter, the property was ✨ Under contract!

We had been on the house hunt for a while and even put offers in on a couple of other homes. The market in Sullivan is pretty competitive, so we missed out on a few along the way. But sometimes things really do work out exactly the way they’re meant to.

The moment they walked into this house, they fell in love with it. ❤️

Even better, we were able to secure it under asking price within the first few days on the market, and we officially closed! Now they have the perfect home to host everyone, with a big backyard for all the activities, and in such a great area.
