Elise Skellenger, local real estate broker associate, has been awarded the Certified Residential Specialist Designation
Decorah, May 29th, 2026 ā Elise Skellenger, of Decorah, Iowa, has been awarded the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation by the Residential Real Estate Council, a not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of REALTORSĀ®.
REALTORSĀ® who receive the CRS Designation have completed advanced professional training and demonstrated outstanding professional achievement in residential real estate. Only 22,000 REALTORSĀ® nationwide have earned the credential.

Elise Skellenger is a Broker Associate with Harman Realty. She is a member of the Northeast Iowa Regional Board of Realtors. Elise is also the Chapter Coordinator of Project Linus - NE Iowa, and a member of the Luther College Womenās Club. She serves on the board for Friends of the Decorah Public Library and is the Creative Director of the Oneota Film Festival.
