Zillow and other home search websites are perfect for scrolling at midnight. It they aren’t a strategy for buying a home in Boston, MA.

Homes in Greater Boston move quickly and often with competition. Zillow can show you photos, but it cannot tell you which homes will attract multiple offers, which pockets hold long-term value, or which homes are coming soon but not yet online.
