Our latest approved car wash development is composed of a 6,000 SQFT building with vacuums and a mat wash area located in Randolph, MA. Thanks to MBL Land Development & Permitting, Corp. for their great engineering work and Elias Konstantinidis for creating this innovative car wash design for Splash Carwash

We are proudly developing the first Splash Car Wash in Mass. Splash is a well know brand in the Tri-State area and they are planning to make a "splash" in Randolph MA in 2023.
