March was a busy month! I helped sell the same home in Deer Park for the second time. The first time, some sweet retirees moved out of state and asked me to help them sell it. This time, the first time home buyers that bought that home a few years ago needed help selling it. 2 weeks later, I was able to attend a closing for a very special couple that moved back to the area. 🩷
April promises to be even busier with some new listings coming up, 2 new buyers pre-approved, some commercial things in the works, and we have some lease homes coming up in Deer Park/La Porte in the next few weeks.
