The REALTORS Relief Foundation has made $500,000 available to help cover mortgage, rental, or hotel costs after being displaced due to damage to their primary residence from the wildfire disaster.

Huge thank you to our CEO, Tiffany Claxton, and Spokane REALTORS for your quick action in securing this disaster-relief grant to assist Spokane County, Stevens County, and Lincoln County communities affected by the 2026 wildfires.

Here's some great info from our lender partner, Laura Wells, on what I am personally experiencing in our local market right now.

Our Median Sale Price for Spokane County SF residential/site built and condos on less than one acre for Spokane REALTORS shows a slight trend down since January 2026, with June 2026 at $430,000 compared to June 2025 when the median price was $436,250.

While values are expected to turn upward again, buyers are very active right now and making offers on homes that are priced right. This benefits the buyers who recognize the trend in data to get a good deal in today's market but also the sellers who are seeing increased activity to get their homes sold.

SR shows sales are up 8.7% for June 2026 at a total of 611 compared to June 2025 when the total was 562, proving that buyers are still buying locally.

If you've been thinking about selling, you've probably seen plenty of headlines suggesting buyers have just about disappeared.
