When we took over a vacant CVS building, we subdivided the space for three complementary tenants:

1️⃣ Veterinarian
2️⃣ Doggy daycare
3️⃣ Organic pet food retailer

The strategy was simple: create tenant synergy.

We are pleased to share the successful closing of our Gen Hills project in Tampa, Florida. While the business plan did not unfold exactly as originally anticipated, the asset ultimately delivered strong double-digit returns for our investors, demonstrating our ability to adapt, execute, and create value through changing circumstances.

The Asset: 1743 E. Hillsborough Ave., Tampa, FL 33610

Status: Successfully Closed

Investment Outcome: Delivered double-digit returns for investors despite changes to the original business plan.

Future Development: Expected future home of Chipotle and PNC Bank.

This successful disposition represents another project brought across the finish line while delivering strong results for our investors. It also reflects our commitment to navigating challenges and remaining focused on value creation.
