Property is going faster than lightning even the condos. I feel like I’m in 2005 all over again. What do you do in a time like this? You figure out how much it would cost to buy something with a low 3% interest then with what it would cost to rent some thing and then you figure over two years how much you’ll save on your Taxes. If it’s a larger savings than if the market goes down it’s a no-brainer

Hurricanes are usually much less destructive than tornadoes. Not to mention the ice storms. I traded my mid west life and worked my way to an oceanfront condo. Happiness for me is watching the ocean every day. I have direct oceanfront properties and I love helping people share the ocean with me
