When buying a home, it’s so important to understand what matters most to the seller because sometimes it’s about so much more than just the house itself. 🏡✨

This home had multiple offers, and our clients were contingent upon successfully selling their current home something that isn’t always easy to accomplish in a competitive situation. Through strong communication, transparency, and strategy, we were able to show the strength of our buyers and successfully win the home. And once we learned more about the story behind the property, it felt like an even more perfect match.

When we first toured the home, we noticed four food bowls lined up on the patio and learned that the seller had been feeding four neighborhood cats for years. One of their biggest concerns about moving was making sure these sweet kitties would continue to be cared for after the sale.

Well, as fate would have it… our clients absolutely love cats, have two of their own and were genuinely honored to continue feeding and looking after them - and we made sure the seller knew that when reviewing our offer. 🐈🤍

And yes… there’s also a very friendly neighborhood chicken who occasionally likes to leave the coop, take a break from its pals, and hang out in the yard. 🐓 Honestly, it just made us love this home even more.
