My latest sale:
Recently a client was referred to me by an awesome repeat client. I listened to my new client’s goals and prequalified him well before showing him properties. Once we identified what he liked, I carefully planned out an offer presentation for a 3 bedroom home and had his offer accepted over eleven other buyers. That was the easy part… the listing agents with their third associate and I spent numerous hours negotiating additional money for my client. The end result, a $3000 credit paid by seller to buyer at close of escrow in this seller’s market. He closed escrow on Friday.
