You feel it the moment you walk in.

It’s not the house people pause on first.

It’s the view.

From the moment you walk into this home in La Jolla, everything pulls your attention outward. Ocean. Bay. City lights. Even on a quiet afternoon, there’s something to look at.

I’ve had clients walk in and go completely quiet for a minute. That usually tells me everything.

Then you start to notice how the home actually lives.

The Flower Fields at Carlsbad Ranch are in full bloom right now, and it’s one of those things you don’t want to “get to next weekend.”

Because next weekend turns into… missed it.

I was there recently and it’s exactly what you hope it will be. Rows of color that feel almost unreal. Kids running ahead trying to pick their favorite section. Couples stopping every few steps for photos they’ll actually keep.

You can take the wagon ride, walk the rows at your own pace, or just sit for a minute and take it in.
