Providing excellent customer service to residents

Preferred Qualifications:
✔ Maintenance experience in multifamily housing preferred
✔ HVAC certification is a plus
✔ Valid driver's license
✔ Strong leadership and organizational skills
✔ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors as needed
