💥Beyond the Closing Table

We’ve all seen the “Follow us to the closing table” posts, but this time, we’re sharing the story behind the closing.

Meet Leila & Jose Cervantez, our power couple! While I’ve had the privilege of assisting them with six real estate transactions over the past five years, their real estate journey actually began before we ever met. They were already investing in real estate, and I’m honored to have become part of their journey along the way.

In this video, they share what this closing represents to them, what they’ve enjoyed most about their real estate journey, and why they believe investing in real estate can be a great opportunity for young couples.

Their story is a reminder that owning and investing in real estate is possible with the right guidance, a plan, and the courage to take that first step.

They also allow us to gather valuable feedback to share with our sellers. We report the positives, concerns, and overall feedback, including whether a price adjustment may be recommended based on what we’re hearing from the market.
