Yesterday, my first-time homebuyer officially became a homeowner, and I couldn’t be more excited for him! 🥂🏡

Months without posting.
Months of still showing houses, helping clients, designing spaces with my good friend , raising three amazing kids, drinking too much coffee, reading and watching Bravo late into the night, and doing life alongside the people I care about.🤍

The truth is, posting felt overwhelming for a while. With lots of life changes and family health scares, it became somewhat of a burden to post my daily life. So I focused on the work, the relationships, and the people in front of me.

But I’m still here. 🤟🏼

Still helping buyers and sellers navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Still creating beautiful spaces through design. Still cheering on and loving my people that I do life with AND work with.

Whether you need a friend, a Realtor, a design opinion, a local recommendation, or just someone to listen, my phone is always on.

This sweet couple isn’t just another set of clients, friends from elementary through high school, and helping their family through this sale has been such a full-circle moment. 💛

“I still can’t believe she actually called you,” he said from across the closing table.

I had just helped the sweetest couple buy their new home, and I was confused by what he meant.

He continued, “She talked about moving and hiring you for months before she finally did. We were nervous because we didn’t know if we could even afford to move...”

“I was afraid I was going to be disappointed and feel stupid in front of you,” she interrupted.

I laughed because I’m the LEAST intimidating person ever and I think it’s impossible to feel stupid in front of me, but also because...I hear this all the time.🤷🏻‍♀️

It’s normal to feel scared...it’s a huge leap of faith! But most clients find that once they actually reach out, everything else seems to fall into place.

So if you’ve been thinking about moving this summer and maybe you’ve been a little nervous too, you’re not alone (and I PROMISE you’re in good company).
