In addition to my service, my 20 year-background as a leader in Corporate America in the area of Information Technology where I lead large organizations and negotiated multimillion dollar contracts has instilled in me the importance of crystal-clear communications, strong negotiation skills, and incorporation of technologies to improve efficiencies and the overall customer experience.
