I am currently working with a highly qualified buyer searching for a lakefront home on either Pine Lake or Oconomowoc Lake.
Inventory on these lakes is extremely limited, so I am reaching out to see if anyone has considered selling or would be open to a private, one-time showing.
The ideal property would be move-in ready, have no road between the home and the lake, and offer a great setting for family to visit and enjoy. That said, location is most important, and my buyer would consider a home that needs updating or even a potential rebuild if the setting is exceptional.
The buyer is flexible on timing and closing and has a very strong budget for the right property.
