After a week of negotiations, we are excited for our buyers to officially have an accepted offer! We toured a lot of different condos, but they kept coming back to these new construction units. They just couldn’t stay away, finally took the plunge & said yes to the unit! ☺️ We are simply thrilled for them. Congrats you guys!

When one door closes, another opens. Especially today. 🏡🏡 Congratulations to our sellers AND buyers on their exciting day today!

When we met these buyers, we knew this was going to be a special journey. We had toured a few homes, but none that felt quite right - until this one. They wanted to be in Oconomowoc for a variety of reasons (who can blame them?!), but ideally on the far westside✔️,vaulted ceilings ✔️, a backyard for entertaining ✔️, bigger kitchen ✔️… ✔️✔️✔️ When they saw this one, THEY KNEW. So we went to work and here we are today. ☺️

On the flip side, they also had a home to sell! We had met prior to listing to walk through the house & give them an idea of what may need to be done when we list. Which of course, they knocked out of the park. We discussed the market, priced strategically, reviewed MULTIPLE offers & they selected one that made the most sense for them. Now, here we are today, closing the chapter on this home for them. Pre-work & strategies that pay off. 👌🏼

We couldn’t be more excited for them in this next step in their journey & all the memories to come in their new home. Congratulations you guys & thank you for allowing us to be a part of it!

Congratulations to our seller! We have discussed this property with our seller multiple times over the past few years, but the timing never felt quite right until this year.

Once we got the call, we sat down and discussed our options, his goals, and got to work. We are so excited that he now has made this step towards his future goals and feel privileged that we’ve been able to be a part of it.

It wasn’t our first time working with him and hopefully won’t be our last. ☺️ On to the next chapter. Congratulations!
