Congratulations to our buyers on their accepted offer this week!

We started our search looking at single family homes. After a few tours, then a break in the search, they came back deciding maybe a condo was a better fit. After looking at one in Brookfield - one in particular popped into our mind for them in Oconomowoc. We toured it & then a few others, but they kept coming back to that unit in Oconomowoc. Luckily, we were able to swoop in and secure it for them. 😮‍💨

What can we say. When you know… you know… 😊 Congratulations, you guys!
