Today, on Memorial Day, may we all take a moment to remember what this day truly represents. 🇺🇸
It is not simply the unofficial start of summer, a long weekend, or a backyard barbecue. It is a day of remembrance for the men and women who fought, sacrificed, and gave their lives for this country and the freedoms we so often take for granted.
While many families across America gather together laughing, grilling, and making memories, there are also homes with empty seats at the table. Seats once filled by sons, daughters, husbands, wives, mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, and friends who never made it home.
We honor them. 🎖️
We remember them. 🕯️
And we extend our deepest gratitude 🙏🏼 not only to those who made the ultimate sacrifice, but also to the families who continue carrying that loss every single day.
Freedom has never been free.
