Today was one of those days that reminded me why community matters.
A few years ago, this mastermind was just an idea. A room full of agents doing coming together with no hidden agenda, no recruiting, no sales pitch—just sharing what’s working, what isn’t, and helping each other get better.
Today, I sat back and listened as top producers openly shared systems, mistakes, wins, lessons, and ideas that will impact businesses across our market. The feedback afterward was overwhelming, and honestly, it made me proud. 🥹
Real growth doesn’t happen in isolation.
It happens when you’re willing to get in the room with people who challenge your thinking, raise your standards, and make you see what’s possible.
The biggest takeaway from today? Success leaves clues, but you have to be willing to seek them out.
