This one didn’t go as planned; but it worked out exactly how it was supposed to.
What started as a traditional sale quickly turned into a short sale during the financing period. Our original buyers had a tight timeline and couldn’t wait… so we had to pivot.
We brought in another set of buyers who were the perfect fit for the situation, submitted an identical offer alongside the cancellation, and stayed the course.
Six months later, we closed, and our buyers secured an incredible deal.
