🚨 Calling all local heroes!

If you’re a teacher, first responder, law enforcement support, healthcare professional, military member, or foster family; and homeownership is on your radar, come see me this Saturday at 731 Edgewild Court in Orange City. 🏡

We’ll be holding the home open from 11:00–1:00, and while you’re there, I’d love to help you learn more about both Homes for Heroes and Florida’s Hometown Heroes program.

Not sure what the difference is? Not sure if you qualify? Come ask! I can walk you through the programs, what benefits are available, and what your first steps toward buying could look like.

And while you’re there, take a tour of the home too!

It’s been freshly painted and staged, has an updated bathroom, a fenced backyard, and the seller will even be putting on a NEW ROOF prior to closing.

Getting closer to my $100,000 goal! ❤️🇺🇸

To date, I’ve personally given back $87,201 to local heroes through the Homes for Heroes program — and this month alone, another $2,029.30 was gifted to a local hero family. 🏡

Not only do I gift part of my commission with every sale, but every time a hero buys or sells a home with me, a donation is also made in their name to the Homes for Heroes Foundation, helping heroes and their families during times of hardship.

We’re getting so close to $100,000 gifted back!

Do you know a hero who is thinking about buying or selling? Please send them my information. I’d love for them to be part of helping us reach that next milestone and thank them for their service to our community ❤️

Jacob & Kristal bought their new home, and because they used Homes for Heroes, they’ll receive $2,029.30 back from me as a THANK YOU for their service ❤️🇺🇸

Leeeeeeeet's Gooooooo! Hometown Heroes is back! Our last THREE hero buyers were able to get into their homes for less than $3,000 out of pocket and two of them actually MADE MONEY because the money I gifted them at closing, was more than their out-of-pocket expenses.

Click the application link in the comments to see if you qualify! Or Call/Text me ASAP, you secure your funds with a contract so don't wait to start asking questions!

Congratulations to Matthew on the purchase of his first home!

Matthew came to me as a referral from another veteran client. It was an honor to help him on this journey, and boy were there challenges on this deal! But at the end of the day, we got the job done and secured the home he loved! Congratulations again Matthew and Happy House Day!

I cannot thank our amazing Lending Partner Chad Sandusky enough for going above and beyond to make miracles happen! Cheers my friend, we appreciate you!
