Wow! One year ago today Bill and I signed the paperwork to buy the building downtown Delano we now call Delano Brick Block. It has been a crazy and fast year working on this building and getting it ready for tenants. We are so blessed to have amazing people renting out space and we are so excited for them to grow their business in Delano! We have a lot of people to thank for the fast work to get this building up and running. I'll make a post soon with all the companies we worked with to have it ready to rent by June 2026.

There would be a flat fee and look something like this (not my picture). Please comment YES if you’d stop by and make one. Thanks!
