Delano Brick Block is renovated and ready for renters. It will make a great office or retail space. We are located in downtown Delano. Darling & Divine are having their launch party Thursday June 4 from 6-8pm. Great chance to see the space and shop for beautiful catholic inspired jewelry.

Delano Brick Block is a newly renovated office/retail building looking for a few more tenants. We have 3 office spaces left for rent. 2 of them are connected by doors so it could work for a larger company or shop needing a back office. Delano is a great location to start a new retail shop as well. We have a jewelry store opening upstairs and the Vintage Storyteller downstairs which could bring in good foot traffic for another retail shop.
