Delano Brick Block is renovated and ready for renters. It will make a great office or retail space. We are located in downtown Delano. Darling & Divine are having their launch party Thursday June 4 from 6-8pm. Great chance to see the space and shop for beautiful catholic inspired jewelry.

Delano Brick Block is a newly renovated office/retail building looking for a few more tenants. We have 3 office spaces left for rent. 2 of them are connected by doors so it could work for a larger company or shop needing a back office. Delano is a great location to start a new retail shop as well. We have a jewelry store opening upstairs and the Vintage Storyteller downstairs which could bring in good foot traffic for another retail shop. Today I want to showcase the first two contractors we hired to work on the Delano Brick Block. When we bought the building, the roof was in rough shape.

However we couldn’t replace the roof because the brick wall on the east side was crumbling. So we hired Unlimited Masonry & Construction Inc who did an amazing job fixing the brick wall. We highly recommend Sam and Sam for any brick work you need done!

Next, we hired 4 Seasons Roofing, LLC. They too did an amazing job, not only replacing the roof, but installing a new skylight that matches the aesthetic of the original 1905 design, and really provides a great light source for our office space.

We invite you all to our open house on Saturday, May 9th from noon to 3pm. Delano is the place to be that day, with the business expo, baseball event, and the opening of The Vintage Storyteller (https://www.instagram.com/thevintagestoryteller/) at 137 bridge Ave E.
