After 9 years of selling condos for the builder, we packed up our final load and locked the doors for the last time. 100 new condos sold and many resold. Enjoyed the residents. Last one is scheduled to close before the end of this month. Sad day for me-Shannon
Reminder: For those that don’t remember the market was in the toilet when this community started. The builder and I all hung in there and I went 3 years without a sale. However, in those 3 years I managed to meet two of my favorite couples and wouldn’t trade that for anything! (One even baked every time I saw them).
