This one is officially CLOSED! 🎉

The new owner grew up right here in Dell Rapids, moved away for several years, and is now coming back home to be closer to family. ❤️ I love seeing people choose to come back to our beautiful little town!

Closing day came with a few unexpected hiccups, which meant changing plans, meeting up with my sellers to get documents signed (thank goodness I’m a notary! 😉), and doing whatever we needed to do to keep things moving forward.

Real estate doesn’t always go exactly according to plan. Sometimes it takes a little flexibility, a few extra stops, and simply being willing to do whatever you can to make things easier for your clients.

And now we’re CLOSED! 🙌

Jay & Bobbi are saying goodbye to their split-foyer home and moving on to build a slab-on-grade home that will better fit this next chapter of their lives.

🏡 SOLD & CLOSED — and this one found exactly the right buyer. ❤️

Sometimes selling a home takes a little patience and a lot of trust in the timing.

My sellers did just that. They stayed patient, trusted God’s timing, and waited for the right buyer to come along—and I truly believe that’s exactly what happened with this home.

The new owners are moving to Dell Rapids from Minnesota, and this home is going to work so well for their family. They’ll be able to make the modifications they need to truly make it their own, and that zero-step entry is going to be especially valuable for them.

While I didn’t represent the buyers in this transaction (was great to team up with another local broker), it was pretty special to see the pieces come together and know my sellers are handing their home over to a family who can really make it work for their needs.
