We are a growing disaster restoration company offering Flood/Water, Mold, Sewage and Fire/Smoke Restoration services. We are looking for an Automobile/Equipment Technician to join our team. If you’re looking for a Technician Mechanic job, we are looking for a talented professional in the industry.

Automobile/Equipment Technician Mechanic Job Duties:

• Keeps equipment available for use by inspecting and testing vehicles; completing preventive maintenance such as, engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotation and changes, wheel balancing, replacing filters.
• Maintains vehicle functional condition by listening to operator complaints; conducting inspections; repairing engine failures; repairing mechanical and electrical systems malfunctions; replacing parts and components; repairing body damage.
• Verifies vehicle serviceability by conducting test drives; adjusting controls and systems.
• Complies with state vehicle requirements by testing engine, safety, and combustion control standards.
• Maintains vehicle appearance by cleaning, washing, and painting.
• Maintains vehicle records by recording service and repairs.
• Keeps shop equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
• Contains costs by using warranty; evaluating service and parts options.
• Keeps supplies ready by inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.
• Accomplishes maintenance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Automobile/Equipment Technician Mechanic Skills and Qualifications:

Lifting, Energy Level, Dependability, Persistence, Time Management, Attendance, Independence, Safety Management, Problem Solving, Dealing with Complexity, Analyzing Information

• Successfully pass a background check
• Clean driving record (must successfully pass a drug test before driving Co vehicles/equip)
• High School Diploma or GED with Votech/ automotive training / Military training with 1-5 years of experience.
• AES Certification is a plus.
• Basic Computer Skills
• Must have own basic tools for your specialty of trades
• Diesel experience required
• DOT certification a plus
• Successfully be able to pass a background/ drug test.

We are a growing disaster restoration company offering Flood/Water, Mold, Sewage and Fire/Smoke Restoration services. We are looking for a Senior Field Technician to join our team. If you’re looking for a restoration job, we are looking for a talented professional in the industry.
Experience in water mitigation and mold remediation is preferred and IICRC certifications are a plus but not a requirement
Job Duties include:
• Water mitigation on residential and commercial properties
• Documenting moisture readings
• Writing job scopes and using company provided software programs
• Effective communication with homeowners and insurance company
• Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse and office areas as needed.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
• Demolition tasks and some heavy lifting
• This is a full time position with 24/7 hours and rotating on call schedule.
• Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service and quality controls.

Candidate needs to be able to multitask at a fast pace, have a strong work ethic, be a team player. And work well in a team setting.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in the restoration industry.
• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Basic construction knowledge.
• Detailed understanding of restoration and reconstruction practices for property that has suffered water or mold damages.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
• Weekend hours will be required. Standard 40-hour workweek applies, though overtime may be necessary.
• Clean DMV record, possess a valid Driving License, and own reliable transportation.
• Criminal background check required.
• Candidate must be able to pass a respiratory fit test and pulmonary physical.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Secure Solutions, LLC has an immediate opening for a Disaster Restoration Project Manager in its Delmar, NY location. The Project Manager is responsible for developing a definition of a project, in conjunction with the Property Owner, Adjuster, or Insurance Company. The Project Manager ensures that the project is delivered on time and to the required quality standard within agreed specifications. The focus is on scoping and estimating the work required to restore properties to their pre-disaster state. The Project Manager will head projects, manage work crews, subcontractors and suppliers related to each project.

REQUIREMENTS

Inspect, estimate, fully sketch and project manage all types and sizes of losses from start to finish.
Educate the client on the process of mitigation, reconstruction, the timing of service delivery and realistic expectations for this process.
Meet and work closely with all clients and adjustors to discuss loss mitigation and restoration efforts.
Build, lead and deploy the best quality team to achieve the objectives of our corporate strategic plan (production crews and subcontractors).
Ensure that the company health and safety policies and procedures are followed and that all crew personnel are up to date with all health and safety procedures and training.
Ensure each job is completed in accordance with ANSI/IICRC Standards and Company protocols for restoration.
Ensure project requirements and schedules are being fulfilled and deadlines are achieved.
Manage job progression and fully document each job in detail.
Build and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with our existing and new clients.
Maintain professionalism, sensitivity, and tact to portray the company in a positive manner at all times.
Ensure delivery of excellent customer service and quality controls.
Focus team efforts to teach, improve, and practice mitigation techniques.
Generate new leads and new business through relationships with adjusters, property managers, commercial and residential property owners.
Introduce our restoration services to adjustors, agents, brokers, commercial and residential prospects.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 2 years experience in the restoration industry.
Sales experience a plus.
DESIRED CERTIFICATIONS

Water Remediation Technician (WRT) certification.
Odor Control Technician certification (OCT).
Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (ARMT) or other certification in mold remediation.
Applied Structural Drying (ASD) certification a plus.
SKILLS and KNOWLEDGE

Detailed understanding of restoration and reconstruction practices for property that has suffered water or mold damages.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, to assist clients, adjustors, vendors and agents in a professional manner.
Strong problem solving and negotiating skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Skills (Excel, Word and Outlook).
Basic accounting competency with an understanding of invoicing, billing procedures.
Experience in preparing and monitoring budgets.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Excellent leadership and entrepreneurial skills.
Analytical, detail oriented, hands on, and a team player.
Must be able to work with and manage others in a fast paced environment while providing excellent service to our clients with integrity and passion.
Customer service orientated with the ability to deal with customers under stressful situations.
Skilled at management of multiple projects, opportunity analysis, and decision-making.
Candidate must be able to pass a respiratory fit test and pulmonary physical.
Ability to lift a minimum of 75lbs.
Some evening and weekend hours are necessary as we are a 24/7 disaster response company.
Participate in 24-hour emergency on-call rotation (nights, weekend, holidays).
Must be highly organized, Clean DMV record, possess a valid Driving License, and own reliable transportation.
Criminal background check required.
Willingness to travel as needed.
