Beat the heat with these Peach & Raspberry Ice Pops!
Here's the recipe:
• Blend 2 juicy peaches, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 2–3 tbsp honey, and ½ cup water until smooth.
• Blend 1 cup raspberries separately.
• Pour the peach mixture into popsicle molds, add the raspberry puree, and give it a swirl.
• Freeze for 4–6 hours.
That's it! A sweet, fruity treat that tastes like summer on a stick. Who needs the ice cream truck when you've got peaches and raspberries in the freezer?
