Obama is a globalist, not tied to any loyalty to America

Victims of crime are being arrested while the perps are being let go. 90% of all new jobs are going to foreigners. Europe is getting closer every day to revolution.

Here, the difference in political parties has become so vast that any change in the power balance in Washington results in instability, chaos, and much bending.

When Obama was president, "racism" or "racist" became, once again, bywords to keep people quiet, distracted, and on the defensive. Obama is a globalist, not tied to any loyalty to America.

In July 2015 (Obama's term), the Iran nuclear deal, called the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), between the United States, the UK, France, Germany, Russia, China, the European Union, and Iran was reached. It was supposed to have settled concerns about Iran's nuclear ambitions. Did it? No! Not by a country mile.

The deal failed to guarantee Iran's promises of a peaceful nuclear program. In fact, it provided Iran with a straightforward path to acquiring nuclear weapons and the billions of dollars needed to fund it. If any country is likely to use a nuclear weapon, it is Iran. Iranian revolutionaries have said to us many times, "Death is our strength and your weakness."

Iran accepted temporary nuclear restrictions in exchange for permanent benefits. Iran was being constructed as the predominant power in the Middle East.

The Iran deal simply emboldened an extremist anti-West state, furthering their expansionist and destabilizing ambitions.

The deal permitted Iran to:

Produce highly enriched uranium; stockpile unlimited amounts of uranium; use advanced centrifuges to enrich ore more quickly; build and operate facilities to enrich uranium without restrictions; reprocess spent fuel, which can be used for nuclear weapons; and build new reactors that would produce enough plutonium to fuel several nuclear weapons. Profound constitutional moment that strikes at the very heart of our federal system and the integrity of our elections

I learned this lesson firsthand in 1984 while serving in the U.S. Navy at Naval Air Station Meridian, Mississippi. As a California resident voting absentee, I had to apply for my ballot. No mass mailings. No automatic distribution. The instructions were clear: mail it early enough to arrive by Election Day, or it wouldn't count. This wasn't voter suppression; it was common sense election administration that protected both access and integrity.

Today's California bears no resemblance to that era. Now, ballots are mailed to everyone, with a seven-day grace period for those postmarked by Election Day. This transformation didn't happen through constitutional amendment or congressional authorization – it happened through state administrative fiat that directly conflicts with federal law.

One of the most heated debates at the 1787 Constitutional Convention was whether the federal legislature should be able to "negative" (veto) state laws. The delegates repeatedly rejected this broad power, fearing an overbearing federal government. Yet they made one crucial exception: in Article I, Section 4, while they granted the States the authority to prescribe the "Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives," the also authorized Congress the authority to "by Law make or alter such Regulations."

Why this exception? Because the Founders knew that states might abuse their election administration privileges to manipulate federal elections. They anticipated exactly what we're seeing today – states creating rules that give advantage to some voters over others, that extend elections beyond their intended conclusion, and that sow doubt and confusion into the electoral process.

The True Controversy in the Karmelo Anthony Murder Case Is That Socialist Democrats Keep Lying, Saying: “IT WAS AN ALL-WHITE JURY!”

This race-baiting is bad for America, and it must be stopped.

The Karmelo Anthony jury was not an all-white jury.

That is not a matter of opinion. That is not a political interpretation. That is a factual correction.

Yet Socialist Democrats keep repeating the lie because “all-white jury” sounds more useful to their political agenda than the truth.

The truth is that the jury had no Black jurors. That is the actual fact being discussed. But “no Black jurors” and “all-white jury” are not the same statement. Anyone with a functioning brain knows the difference.

When Socialist Democrats call a jury “all white” while ignoring Hispanic, Asian, Indian, mixed-race, or other non-Black minority jurors, they are not reporting the truth. They are erasing those minorities because those minorities are inconvenient to the story they want to tell.

That is not justice.

That is race-baiting.

That is propaganda.

That is dishonest politics.

If they want to argue that Black jurors should have been seated, then make that argument honestly. Say there were no Black jurors. Say the defense objected. Say the judge allowed the prosecution’s strikes. Say the issue is jury selection.

But do not lie and call it an “all-white jury” when it was not an all-white jury.

The real controversy is that Socialist Democrats looked at the facts, decided the truth was not inflammatory enough, and replaced it with a racial lie.

They are not trying to heal America.

They are not trying to explain the justice system.

They are not trying to protect fairness in the courtroom.

They are trying to inflame racial anger for political gain.

That is bad for the country.

That is bad for justice.

And it needs to be called out every single time.
