Doing nothing is free.

Doing nothing at your vacation rental with a private pool is a different sport entirely.

But so worth it!

Atlantic Avenue is full of shops. These are five that locals love to stop in.

Montce. Swimwear actually designed and founded by a South Florida native, not a name licensed from somewhere else and shipped in.

Kokonuts. The swimwear shop locals send visitors to first, no filler, just what actually sells here.

Periwinkle. The boutique that keeps coming up when people ask where to find something nobody else on the flight home is wearing too.

Haystacks. Beachy, well-made, reasonably priced, the kind of place where the staff actually knows the inventory.

Nina Raynor. Family-owned, custom pieces on request, the closest thing the Ave has to a boutique that remembers your name.

Every single one is independently owned.
Leave the car, walk the Ave, spend it there instead.

Follow along, next week's list is a different side of Delray Beach entirely.

You're not just booking a place to stay... you're choosing what your family will remember years from now.

The space matters. The feeling matters. The little moments in between matter.

Tropical Palms gives you the waterfront, the tiki hut, the private dock, room for everyone.

If you're planning this trip last minute, make it somewhere worth talking about long after it ends.

Comment TROPICAL and we'll send you the details.

I love pumpkin spice as much as the next person, but there's a time and a place for everything.

Delray Beach, Florida is still on Corona and pool weather.

Here's why πŸ‘‡
Studio Palms is the smallest vacation rental home that we have.

One bedroom, three blocks to Atlantic Avenue, built for someone who wants the location without needing the square footage.

It gets the exact same prep as the ten-bedroom estate. Full inspection walkthrough before every arrival.

Same design standard, cleaning standard, same attention, same team.

None of our guests are expected to lower the standard because they booked a smaller house.

We're not just renting out a house, we're hosting. That doesn't change based on the price of the house, because it was never about the house, it was about the person walking in the door.

P.S. Link to this property in the comments.

You didn't ask for a sign, but here's one anyway.

Cancel the weekend plans you weren't that excited about.

Find a house with a pool that's actually yours for the weekend, not shared with forty strangers and a hotel ice machine.

Mix something with rum in it.
Skip the real pants entirely.

PS. We've got the house with the pool. You bring the rum.

Here they are πŸ‘‡

πŸ‘‰ A kitchen. Not a mini fridge and a coffee maker, an actual kitchen, so dinner doesn't mean wrangling everyone into a restaurant every single night.

πŸ‘‰ Within walking distance of the action. Serenity Palms sits one block off Atlantic Avenue, close enough that nobody's buckling a car seat and finding parking just to get ice cream.

πŸ‘‰ Space that isn't shared. A private saltwater hot tub beats a pool deck full of strangers when the kids finally go down and the adults want ten quiet minutes.

Every vacation rental we offer is picked with the unique needs of our guests in mind.

P.S. If you're planning a trip to Delray Beach, FL, stick around!

We're not surprised.

Three years running, and it's still the same reasons.

Water that looks better in person than in the photos.

A walk down Atlantic where you forget your phone even has a signal.

The kind of beach day that ruins you for every other beach day.

PS. Delray Nightly's got a few weeks open this fall if you'd rather see it than scroll it.

North end of Lake Ida, four bedrooms, and a six-passenger golf cart that comes with the stay, so getting around doesn't mean getting in a car.

I'd spend more time on the water than in the house.

Two paddleboards and a kayak are already in the backyard, and there's direct lake access to just walk out and use them.

Heated pool with multiple lounge areas, a firepit for after dark, and an 85-inch TV set up outside if the group wants to watch the game poolside instead of going in.

Inside, an oversized kitchen island seats seven, so nobody's cooking alone.

Week 3 of Where to Go in Delray Beach. πŸ‘‡

This one's for when the weather doesn't cooperate.

Rain doesn't have to ruin your trip.
It just changes the itinerary.

πŸ‘‰ Silverball Retro Arcade. Free-play, over 150 classic games and pinball machines, no coins, no loading screens, no reason to check the weather app again.

πŸ‘‰ Delray Beach Market. An indoor food hall for the afternoon nobody can agree on one restaurant, everybody picks their own thing and you still end up at the same table.

πŸ‘‰ Sandoway Discovery Center. Shark feedings, a stingray touch tank, and one of the largest private shell collections in South Florida, housed in a 1930s beachfront home.

πŸ‘‰ Cornell Art Museum. Seven galleries of rotating contemporary art inside a restored 1913 schoolhouse, quiet, air conditioned, and nobody's rushing you through it.

πŸ‘‰ The Colony Hotel lobby. Historic, Mediterranean-style, and worth ducking into even if you're not staying there... (hopefully you're staying with us).

The beach will still be there tomorrow!

Follow along, next week's list is a different side of Delray Beach entirely.
